Include resident input on establishing a clear St. Helens culture and use that culture to direct city governance. Reduce or eliminate unnecessary taxes & fees.
Don't try to get around requirements put in place to defend public safety. Plan for inevitable growth so we don't lose who we are while improving our quality of life.
Stop bankrupting our future to pay for today's bad decisions. Cut unnecessary spending and direct funds to residents' top priorities.
Invite & encourage community involvement and transparency in city decisions. Work to overcommunicate, not hide, direction & decisions.
Require openness to disagreement and listening to all opinions without fear of retaliation.
Reduce unnecessary taxes and regulations & recruit local business that will revitalize St. Helens.
Ensure our police have the resources they need to protect our residents while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Increase awareness on illicit drug use and mental health issues to prevent increased homelessness.
